- 1 l carton pomegranate juice
- Flatbreads or rice to serve
- 10 tbsps pomegranate molasses
- 8 tbsps soft brown sugar
- 8 tbsps tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tsps ground cumin
- 2 tsps coriander seeds
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- Seeds from 2 pomegranates or about 2 tubs pomegranate seeds
- 1 red chilli finely chopped
- Juice 2 limes
- A small bunch coriander roughly chopped
