  • 10 tbsps pomegranate molasses
  • 8 tbsps soft brown sugar
  • 8 tbsps tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsps ground cumin
  • 2 tsps coriander seeds
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • Seeds from 2 pomegranates or about 2 tubs pomegranate seeds
  • 1 red chilli finely chopped
  • Juice 2 limes
  • A small bunch coriander roughly chopped
